Chef Demonstrations 2017

Hosted on the Love Food Roadshow’s kitchen and sponsored by Bournemouth & Poole College, the kitchen showcased cooking techniques featuring local produce. These leading chefs inspired and educated, and the audience enjoyed trying the fruits of their labours!

Stewart’s keen eye for emerging food trends, sustainable ingredients and innovative food and menu design has already helped many top brands to beat their rivals to the plate. He’s created a food artisan network in Sussex to supply three Brighton pubs, and even created his own brand, the local charcuterie Calcot Farm. Now he’s cooking up similar experiences to tickle the taste buds of diners at world-class venues across Dorset, Hampshire and London.

Easy Curry
Sarah Ali Choudhury is recognised as Dorset’s answer to Madhur Jaffrey. She creates real home cooked indian food, cookery classes, YouTube videos and cookery demonstrations. Sarah also offers event and outdoor food catering and writes regular food columns for magazines, newspapers and online publications.
Sarah has appeared on Channel 4’s My Kitchen Rules with Prue Leith, Michael Caines and Raymond Blanc. She appears regularly on Talk Solent TV and is a Food Expert with Hot Radio 103.8fm. Sarah is a finalist for The Rising Star Award with Bournemouth Tourism Awards and is an Ambassador for Unity in Vision, UK Nepal Friendship Society, Janarki Women’s Awareness Society (JWAS) and Child Nepal.

Belgian born Jean-Paul De Ronne is a passionate provenance cook and is currently Head Chef at the Multi-award winning Anchor Inn at Seatown, where his food is inspired by the location in which he works. A firm advocate of British cooking, JP often writes pieces for magazines, online media and blogsites, and can be often seen at various local events demonstrating his skills and love for food. He was recently filmed for a series of food and beer matching segments for the BBA’s ‘There’s a Beer for that’ campaign, using his knowledge to pair foods to different beer types.

PiNN Agency have 150 years of combined talent and a plethora of skill within their team, enabling them to help over 30 businesses in their first year with staffing solutions in both staff relief and recruitment.
