The Hotel & Catering Show is now only three weeks away and we’re working away in the office getting everything ready for you. It’s thirsty work! Luckily our new Liquid Hall is filling up fast, so quenching that thirst isn’t going to be a problem. Here’s just four of the exhibitors that have booked in recently:
East London Liquor Company
East London Liquor Company is a distillery producing and importing a range of quality handcrafted spirits including gin, vodka, rum and whisky. Bringing spirits production back to London’s East End after more than a century, they are reinstating an industry back to its roots. Located in one of Bow’s most well known historical sites, the old glue factory in Bow Wharf, they are always open for a visit. (Stand S118/S215).
As the UK’s original craft lager brewer, they dedicate all of their time, passion and expertise into brewing the highest-quality lager, and they do so with sustainability firmly in mind. To achieve this they cut no corners and make no compromises, ensuring their lager is authentic, distinctive, and tastes great. Whenever you drink Freedom you’re experiencing lager at its very best. Thirst-quenching, full of flavour and rich in character. (Stand S317).
Conker Spirit is Dorset’s first gin distillery. Nestled in the sandy backstreets of Bournemouth, they quietly distil their award-winning Dorset Dry gin. No gimmicks. No fuss. Just top-notch small batch gin distilled in Dorset from British wheat spirit and New Forest Spring Water. They’ve created a unique and intricate gin of ten botanicals, balancing juniper bite and casia spice with the fresh Dorset notes of elderberries, samphire and handpicked gorse flowers. (Stand S403).
Folkington’s are a Sussex based company which produces fruit juices that have unique provenance and authenticity. All their drinks are 100% natural and are made from wonderful pure juices (not from concentrated juice), and are free from unnecessary artificial additives. Those blessed with a discerning palate as well as a keen eye say they taste as good as they look. And look as good as they taste. (Stand W107).
Continuing the Liquid theme, we’re delighted to announce that the Mixology Bar in Liquid will be hosting the UKBG Market Challenge 2016. The challenge will be for Barman Apprentices on the 8th of March followed by Bartending Legends on the 9th March. MC Kevin Thomas will be compèring both the challenges, and special guest Bartender Tommy Quy.
